If you're in the last month of your contract, there's a whole range of special upgrade and renewal offers we'd like to tell you about.
As well as the latest, most sought-after phones, we may offer you:

When you upgrade, we'll ask you to renew your contract and you can choose from our latest price plans. Even if you're happy with your old plan, we think you'll be surprised at the savings you'll make with one of our newer plans like Flext.

How to upgrade
If you're in the final month of your contract, there are various ways to find out what your upgrade options are.
Do it online
The quickest way to find out if you're eligible for an upgrade is by logging on to My T-Mobile. Simply go to the 'upgrades' section and we'll give you an immediate answer.
If it's a 'yes', we'll show you a range of stylish new phones and exclusive renewal offers. Don't worry if the answer's no - that just means you can spend a bit longer choosing the perfect phone.
Tip: You won't be able to change your current price plan if you upgrade in My T-Mobile. Don't worry though, once you've upgraded, just call us on 150 and we'll be happy to talk through your price plan options.
Call us on 150
If a particular phone has caught your eye, give us a call on 150 and select the 'Upgrades' option to see if you're eligible. We'll do a price plan check-up and recommend the best value plan for you.
Drop by one of our stores
Pop in and we'll tell you if you qualify for an upgrade. If you are eligible we know you'll want your new phone pronto, so bring in some proof of identity and address so we can order your new mobile straight away. Find your nearest T-Mobile store.
