The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
If you send more than 3000 texts a month or text more than 200 different numbers in 5 days, you may be breaking your terms and conditions, which say that you can't use your phone for anything unlawful or to send nuisance communications. We'll warn you if you do this and if you do it again we'll remove your unlimited texts. Remember, we're free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking your terms.
Combi with Unlimited internet
Join Combi 30 with a Nokia 5800, Nokia 6600i, BlackBerry Curve 8520, BlackBerry Curve 8900, HTC Touch 2 or Samsung Pixon before 30 November 2009 and you'll get internet on your phone included at no extra charge and unlimited texts. We might change the phones available with this offer before this end date. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your internet and your texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
You'll need internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. Remember that you can only use internet on your phone in the UK and you can't use your phone as a modem or use internet for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging (except if you have a Sidekick) or making internet phone calls.
This option comes with a fair use policy of 1GB a month. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your plan, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how

If you choose the Pulse as your phone, if cancel your plan and your mobile internet during your 24 months you'll have to pay a cancellation charge equal to the total monthly charges for the remainder of that time. If you just cancel your mobile internet during that time you'll have to pay a cancellation charge equal to the total monthly charges for the remainder of those 24 months. As your Pulse is always connected to the internet, if you remove your mobile internet from your account you'll automatically be charged up to £1 every day. Remember that if you want to use Android Market, you may have to pay for your download and you will have to accept separate legal stuff to do so. Also remember that T-Mobile isn't responsible for the content of the Android Market or for anything that you view or download there. Your Instant Email on your Blackberry Booster is subject to a fair use policy of 50MB of email data per month. If you go over 50MB in a given month, we may ask you to lower your data usage. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your Booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.
Business Unlimited - 30 day and 24 month plan
All prices exclude VAT. This great plan is only available for new customers joining us on a 30 day or 24 month plan before 31 Jan 2010. You'll have to pass our standard credit check and register as a business customer and if you choose our 24 month plan you'll have to promise to stay with us for a minimum term of 24 months. You may have to pay a deposit. When you're in the UK you can check your voicemail for free.
Business Unlimited gives you unlimited inclusive minutes and unlimited texts from the UK to customers of UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02 & 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
A fair use policy applies to the use of unlimited minutes. So, if the average use on your account is over 1200 minutes a month per user, we may ask you to reduce the usage on your account so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you fail to reduce your usage, we reserve the right to ask you to move your account to another, more appropriate, price plan.
You can have up to 100 Business Unlimited 30 day or 24 month plans on your account and your account can't include users on any other plan.
Each 30 day plan user will need a compatible mobile which may mean that their existing phone needs unlocking, which the previous network provider may charge for. If you decide to upgrade or cancel your Business Unlimited 30 day plan, you'll need to give 30 days' notice to us by phone. We'll issue you a final bill at the end of the 30 days to cover the notice period, any services used and any charge that will apply if you leave before the end of any minimum term.

Next day phone replacement
Next working day phone replacement applies to phones within their manufacturer warranty period, ordered before 8pm (5pm on Sunday) and other legal stuff also applies.
