  • Monthly Text Reward
  • 30 days Free Mobile Broadband

Monthly Text Reward:

Connect a new SIM card that you've got (either with or without a phone) from one of our stores, telesales team or website to T-Mobile pay as you go from 1 November 2009 to 31 January 2010 and you'll automatically be opted into our Monthly Text and Internet Reward.

Customers who have joined us in September and October 2009 and who get our £10 unlimited monthly text reward will also automatically be opted into our Monthly Text and Internet Reward from 1 November 2009.

Successfully top-up £10 in a calendar month and we'll give you unlimited free texts and internet on your phone to use during the next month. We'll send you a text to let you know you've earned the reward. Customers with a Blackberry on pay as you go won't be able to use the internet part of the reward but will still be able to use their unlimited texts.

Providing you have stayed a member of the reward throughout the month we'll add your free texts and internet to your account at one minute in the morning on the first day of the next month. You then have that whole month to use them in the UK. Use your free texts to text customers of any UK mobile network. For internet on your phone you'll need a compatible phone and internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. Remember that you can't use your phone as a modem or use the internet for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging (except if you have a Sidekick) or making internet phone calls.

This reward comes with an internet fair use policy of 40MB a day. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use internet on your phone, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much. We'd like to remind you that your terms and conditions also say that you mustn't use our services to do anything unlawful or to send nuisance communications. At the moment, we'll decide that you're breaking this condition if you text more than 200 different numbers over the course of the month with your reward. Remember, we're free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking this condition. If you do break this condition, we'll disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning.

We're afraid that you can only be part of one of our top-up reward offers at any time, so you won't get Little Extras when you join with this offer. If you try to opt in to another top-up reward or buy one of our 30 day Boosters, then you'll have to opt-out of this reward first. If you opt in to another reward prior to making your first top up, you won't get this reward. And if you move price plans to our Text Appeal plan you'll lose this reward. You can opt out of this reward at any time by texting STOP TEXTWEB to 441. Once you've opted out of this reward then you won't be able to opt back in again.

30 days Free Mobile Broadband:

If you're a new customer on Mobile Broadband Daily 2, you can get 30 days free. To get it you'll need to top-up (at least £5) and buy 24 hours of Mobile Broadband for £2. We'll send a text to your Mobile Broadband SIM to let you know it's worked and once your 24 hours runs out, you'll then have exactly 30 days free.

When your 30 days is up you'll then need to buy more days to carry on using Mobile Broadband.

Remember, you can't get any other Mobile Broadband offer at the same time as your 30 days free.

Your 30 days free comes with a fair use policy of 2GB. We'll monitor how much you send and receive during your 30 days so that we can protect our network for all customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your plan, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.

Remember that you can't use Mobile Broadband to make internet phone calls and if you want to use it outside the UK you'll need to pay more.
