New Pay Monthly, SIM Only and You Fix price plans from 22 January 2013
To join, you'll need to pass our standard credit checks and promise to stay with us for 24 months. All services are within the UK only. Your monthly payment is for your internet on your phone, your WiFi allowance and your inclusive minutes and texts.
If you join Full Monty 36 you'll get 2000 minutes to check your voicemail, to call the customers of other UK mobile networks and to call landlines starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). You'll also get unlimited calls other T-Mobile customers and unlimited texts to UK mobile networks and landlines starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) .
On all our other Full Monty plans you'll get unlimited minutes to call other customers of UK mobile networks, to check your voicemail and to call landlines starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). You'll also get unlimited texts to UK mobile networks and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
Our Full Monty plans will give you unlimited use of our internet on your phone service when you're in the UK. This means you can use as many MB/GB as you like and no fair use policy will apply. Please note, internet on your phone excludes using your phone as a modem (tethering) and network traffic controls apply. Your peer to peer file sharing experience will also be slower during peak hours. Remember, you can only use your SIM card in a mobile phone and you'll need internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. To be clear, this means if you try to use your SIM in a mobile broadband enabled device you won't be able to get online. If you choose a BlackBerry phone from us, you’ll also get BlackBerry Mail and BBM free (usually £5 a month) too. No fair use policy applies to the BlackBerry Mail booster.
In addition to our internet on your phone service, you'll also get access to our preferred WiFi partner's WiFi network; presently this is the BT Wi-Fi network excluding any sites providing access to any organisation or location which is part of the Olympic Games in London in 2012 . The BT Wi-Fi terms, including those about acceptable use, will also apply to you. You can see these at http://www.btwifi.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/acceptable-use-policy.jsp. As we aren't the provider of the WiFi service, we aren't responsible for whether there is WiFi available where you want it, or for the quality of that service. We might swap your WiFi service to another preferred partner in future, provided that you get the same experience.
These plans are for normal person to person use from your phone and are subject to your acceptance of our standard terms and conditions for pay monthly services. We monitor use in accordance with those terms. The terms state that you can't use these plans to sell access to our network to anyone else. They are also not to be used for anything unlawful or to send nuisance communications. At the moment, we'll decide that you're breaking these terms if you text more than 200 different numbers in a month. Remember, we're free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking this term. If you do break this term, we'll contact you and ask you to stop and if you don't then we may disconnect your SIM card from our network.
Calls to our technical customer operations team will cost £1 a call and calls to numbers starting with 070, 08 (including 0870), 09 and 118 are not included in your inclusive allowance. Calls to 070 numbers cost up to 77p/min. 08 numbers cost up to 40p/min and 09 numbers cost up to 255p/min. See www.t-mobile.co.uk/help&support/priceplans for further information.
You'll have to promise to stay with us for 24 months and pass our standard credit check. All services are for use in the UK only.
Your monthly payment is for checking voicemail (including call return), your minutes and texts to call the customers of UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02 & 03 (excluding Jersey Guernsey and the Isle of Man) and your minutes to call numbers starting with 08 at any time. Unless we tell you otherwise, your monthly payment will also include inclusive internet on your phone.
There are up to 3 options of internet on your phone to include in your plan: None, Basic and Standard. For all options, you'll need internet coverage to use internet on your phone, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. The Basic option gives you a 250 MB to use each month and the Standard option gives you 1GB. Just remember, you can't use the internet on your phone for peer to peer file sharing and you can't make internet calls ('VOIP').
If you exceed your monthly data allowance, you will be charged £1 per day to use internet on your phone until the beginning of your next billing cycle when your data allowance will reset. The daily internet rate has a fair use policy of 1,200 MB per month. This means you can use as much internet as you like on the daily rate during the month up to 1,200MB, but we'll monitor how much you use each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you anymore, but we may restrict how you can use internet on your phone, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.
If you remove a chargeable internet booster and then use internet on your phone you'll automatically be charged our daily rate, see t-mobile.co.uk.
If you choose the Basic or Standard option, you'll also get access to our preferred WiFi partner's WiFi network; presently this is the BT Wi-fi network. We might swap your WiFi service to another preferred partner in future, provided that you get the same experience. There is a 3GB a month fair use policy. If you go over the 3GB, we may monitor your usage and suspend your usage or withdraw the offer from your account.

The unlimited landline talk booster is for calls from the UK to numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man). For more information on the legal stuff that applies, visit www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/pay-monthly/boosters/.
If you choose a BlackBerry phone from us, and add one off our internet on your phone boosters you'll also get BlackBerry Mail and BBM for free (usually £5.11) This booster comes with a fair use policy of 50MB of email data per month. If you go over 50MB in a given month, we may ask you to lower your data usage. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your Booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.

Any customer can move from pay as you go to a pay monthly plan, subject to a credit check. To get one month free when switching to a pay monthly, You Fix or 12-month SIM-only plan, you must have been on a pay as you go plan with T-Mobile for three months or more. You will need to enter your existing T-Mobile number at check-out in the 'existing customers' step.
Whenever you pre-order online (i.e. order a device before it is launched), or order a device that is currently out of stock, we will aim to send it to you within 30 days either of the launch date (pre-orders) or of your order (out of stock devices).
Sometimes, due to demand, we will not be able to send it to you within this time. If so, we will let you know and if you are unhappy to wait more than 30 days, you can cancel this order. This means we will refund any deposit or amount you have paid for the device and cancel your account.
If you are an upgrading customer, and you decide to cancel this kind of order, you'll still have to pay for any services used before cancelling.
When you pre-order or order a device that is out of stock your contract with us starts when your order is accepted but your plan will start at (and you will be charged from) the moment we send your new device out to you (i.e. just before you receive it).
4G: Subject to coverage. UK only. Pay monthly only. When 4G launches a compatible plan on EE is required. Charges may apply and you'll have to agree to a new minimum term on EE. Other terms apply.
