Use of Services
All services are for use in the UK only, unless specified otherwise.
Your monthly payment is for using mobile internet on your phone (including your WiFi allowance, if applicable) and for your inclusive minutes and texts to customers of UK mobile networks and UK landlines starting with 01, 02 & 03. Your inclusive minutes and texts do not include 01, 02 & 03 landline numbers in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man and numbers starting with 08. Calls to numbers starting with 08, 070, 09 and 118 are not included in your inclusive allowance of minutes. Calls to 08 numbers costs up to 40p/min, calls to 070 numbers cost up to £1/min and 09 numbers cost up to £3/min. For further information see t-mobile.co.uk/help&support/priceplans. For plans with a monthly cost of £21 or £26 (12 month plan) or £23 or £28 (30 day plan), inclusive minutes include calls to voicemail; such calls will be charged at 40p/min for all other plans.
These plans are for normal person to person use from your phone and are subject to your acceptance of our standard terms and conditions for pay monthly services. We monitor use in accordance with those terms. The terms state that you can't use these plans to sell access to our network to anyone else. They are also not to be used for anything unlawful or to send nuisance communications. At the moment, we'll decide that you're breaking these terms if you text and call more than 200 different numbers in a month. Remember, we're free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking this term. If you do break this term, we'll contact you and ask you to stop and if you don't then we may disconnect your SIM card from our network.
Please remember that with these plans, you'll need a compatible phone which may mean your phone needs unlocking. Your previous network provider may charge you to do this.
Data Allowance
Each mobile internet option gives you a data allowance to use each month. We'll let you know by text message when your data is running low (80% of your allowance is used up) and when it has run out. You cannot use mobile internet on your phone to make internet phone calls ('VoiP'), to use your phone as a modem ('tethering') or for peer to peer file sharing. Please see the network management policies on our website for more information. We won't charge you any more if you reach your monthly data allowance, but if you exceed your data allowance, you will be charged £1 a day until your next monthly bill for each day you use data. Customers on £8 a month, £11 a month plans or £16 a month (12 month plan) or £10 a month, £13 a month plans or £18 a month (30 day plan) will have their service restricted if they use an additional 1GB over their inclusive data allowance.
Wi-Fi
Customers on £21 a month or £26 a month plans (12 month plan) or £23 a month or £28 a month plans (30 day plan) can get access to our preferred WiFi partner's network; presently this is the BT Wi-fi network, as part of their plan. The BT Wi-fi terms, including those about acceptable use, will also apply to you. You can see these at http://www.btwifi.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/index.jsp. As we're not the provider of the WiFi service, we're not responsible for whether there is WiFi available where you want it, or for the quality of that service. We might swap your WiFi service to another preferred partner in future, provided that you get a similar experience.

To join our SIM only Fixed 30 day plan you'll have to pass our standard credit check. Your monthly payment is for your inclusive minutes and texts from the UK to the customers of UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02 & 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Calls to customer services on 150 from your T-Mobile phone cost 25.5p if you speak to an advisor. If you decide to upgrade or cancel your contract you'll need to give 30 days notice to us by phone. You'll need a compatible mobile which may mean your phone needs unlocking. Your previous network provider may charge you to do this.
If you want to text or make a call which isn't included in your plan, then you'll need to top up first like a pay as you go customer. When you spend that top up we will treat you like a pay as you go customer but your SIM Only plan charges will apply. Some services will be added to your bill rather than taken from your top-up. We will tell you if that's going to happen.
We'll need to run some standard credit checks and some services may not be available to you if your credit score falls below a certain level.
New customers joining us on a current SIM Only Fixed 30 day plan from 1 February 2010 get a flexible booster included as part of their plan. You can only choose unlimited texts when you join, but you can change to another booster from 1 March 2010. You can choose one flexible booster at a time from our current range and it applies from when you make your choice. You can change it once every 30 days, counting from the last time that you changed it. To change your choice of booster, just send us a text with the code of your new choice. If you make a call or send a text or use a service which isn't included in your plan, you will need to top up first like a pay as you go customer. When you spend that top up we will treat you as a customer on our pay as you go Everyday Plan. Calls to UK mobile networks and numbers will be charged at 25p/minute, texts at 12p each, MMS at 30p each and voicemail is charged at 20p/minute. You can't move to any other pay as you go plan or upgrade to any pay monthly plan without first giving 30 days notice to us by phone. If you would like to purchase an additional booster you will need to top up and you can choose from the pay as you go booster range. When you join You Fix you will receive £2 free credit that can be used for checking your voicemail, picture messages, internet on your phone and making calls from the UK to international numbers. You have 30 days to use your credit before you lose it and we'll send you a text to let you know once you've used all your credit.
Remember internet is not included on your phone with your monthly payment. You'll have to use your flexible booster to get internet on your phone, or purchase an internet booster from the pay as you go booster range. If you've chosen to use a BlackBerry phone with your plan, you'll need to purchase a Blackberry Email booster and also use your flexible booster to get internet on your phone. Internet on your phone and Blackberry Email are subject to coverage. Remember that you can only use internet on your phone in the UK and you can't use your phone as a modem or use internet on your phone for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging or making internet phone calls. Internet on your phone comes with a fair use policy of 500MB a month. BlackBerry Email comes with a fair use policy of 50MB per month. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.
Extras with T-Mobile: You can use call me back up to 5 times a calendar month when you are in the UK to send a free SMS to a customer of a UK mobile network or to a UK landline.
If you recommend a friend to join T-Mobile on our SIM only You Fix plan, you and your friend can each get a Booster giving unlimited calls to other T-Mobile customers for 3 months. A fair use policy applies to use of the Booster so if, in the reasonable opinion of T-Mobile, use of unlimited calls is excessive, we may ask for the usage to be reduced. If usage isn't reduced, we reserve the right to remove the Booster. We're afraid that neither of you will get a reward if either of you have given notice to leave T-Mobile. You'll need to join T-Mobile on a 12 month SIM-only plan from 6th June 2012. You'll get a £2.50 discount on the monthly charge for the duration of your plan. The discount will appear on your monthly bill. All charges outside your allocation of minutes, texts, data and booster will not receive the discount.
If you decide to cancel the 12 month SIM-only plan a cancellation charge will apply in the normal way. You'll keep your discount for as long as you remain on your plan. So, if you cancel your plan or move to a different plan, you'll lose the discount.
