Have you got third party text charges on your bill?
These can be for services like voting on television shows, subscription services or ordering products like ringtones. If you need to jog your memory, check here which third party text services you've used.
Your bill will show a nine digit billing code beginning with 7000 or 7001 next to the charge(for example 700012345 - see clickable example on the right).
Enter this nine digit code into the box below. Or you can also search using the five digit short code that you texted, if you know it, for example 81234.
Type in the Short Code or Service ID to see details:

Useful tip:If it's subscription service you should always receive a 'welcome sms' which provides you with the relevant details of the service, including pricing and how to unsubscribe(text STOP or STOPALL to the five digit SMS shortcode.)
Details are updated within 24 hours of any changes.
